What information do you collect when placing an order? Why?
We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address is used solely to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products, further follow up, and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification of order.
Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between Right Lingerie and the selected carrier only.
Billing information is for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes.
Do you use discreet shipping packages?
Absolutely, your privacy is our concern. We shipped your order in plain UPS/ FedEx or USPS box with abbreviated name of our company.
Will my billing statement be obvious?
No. It will show either our company name (which is not associated with the site) or our credit card processing company, or PayPal depend on which method you choose to pay.
What if I have a privacy question?

Can I track my order?
We’ve email you with your product tracking number with our confirmation email. You can always check the status of your order by entering your product tracking number at appropriate carrier web site. Please copy below address and paste into your web browser to track your packages.
Can I cancel my order? Is there any fees?
For all order cancellations, please email info@rightlingerie.com. A restocking fee of $10 or 15% whichever is higher applied to all cancellation.
Can I ask for a refund?
APlease contact our Customer Service at info@rightlingerie.com. Also please note that we cannot accept a return for some items.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, you can. We’ve enable PayPal on our site. Please click on PayPal button before you checkout.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Email has become increasingly unreliable due to stronger spam protection filter use by many email providers and Internet Service Provider.
Please add info@rightlingerie.com to your email address book, in order to increase the likelihood that you will receive our email.
Can I ship to a different address other than my own?
Definitely, simply choose shipping to a different address during checkout process.
Do you shipped overseas?
We shipped international. Please note that you are responsible for any tax and duties imposed by your local authorities.
Do you refund shipping charges?
Sorry, we don’t refund any shipping charges. However, we will not charge another shipping charge for re-shipping the following cases:
1.Exchange of incorrect products shipped.
2.Exchange of defective product.
What if a product is not in stock?
For back order products, we will notify you the approximate time when products will be available. You can choose whether or not to proceed with your orders.
How do I get discounts on my future purchases?

How do I sign up as a member?
