Return Policy - RightLingerie.com

Most items purchased from Right Lingerie may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from delivered date. All exchanges/ returns must be in new condition, with all tags attached.

We would like you to be happy with your purchase, therefore, if you wanted to exchange items please feel free to do so. There will not be any charge for exchanging an item or returning your purchase.

In order to process your exchanged/returned item as soon as possible, please print out our return form, filled it and include it in your return package.

We're a small business at this time, so small that we'd to ask our customers to be responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

However, if you are exchanging items we will pay for shipping your exchange items back to you.

Please accept our deepest regret, due to health reasons, we can not accept returns nor exchange on panties or items that cover the crotch area, please select these items with care. We will not accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items (such as hosiery) that have been opened.

We will credit your account within 30 days of receiving your returns.
